With more than a decade of experience in luxury real estate, Zarana is a bicoastal real estate professional serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. She began her career in Manhattan, representing premier properties across the city's most sought-after neighborhoods and building a strong foundation in new development, resale, and conversion sales. Working in one of the world's most competitive markets sharpened her expertise in strategic pricing, market analysis, and negotiation—experience she now brings to every client relationship.

Known for her warmth, attention to detail, and thoughtful guidance, Zarana helps clients navigate every stage of the transaction with discretion and confidence. She also provides relocating and bicoastal clients with insight into the pricing dynamics, transaction processes, and neighborhoods that distinguish New York City and the Bay Area. Before transitioning to real estate, Zarana worked in university admissions, where she was responsible for identifying, selecting, and matriculating a talented and diverse group of students at some of the world's leading universities. She sees a natural connection between admissions and real estate: both center on guiding people through life-changing investments with care, integrity, and personalized service.

Outside of real estate, Zarana is actively involved in educational and philanthropic initiatives. She is an Admissions Ambassador for the University of Pennsylvania and a Board Member for the Merola Opera Program in San Francisco.
